News and Updates October 19, 2006: Pre-Payment Information To get the discounted $5 Pre-Payment Registration/Table Fee please make a check payable to Jeff Maddux and mail to his address below. Jeff Maddux 1121 SW 97th Street Pembroke Pines, FL 33025 October 14, 2006: Pro Doubles Added Due to overwhelming response we have added another event, Pro Doubles! We now have more events, more payouts, and more trophies all for the same original package/registration prices! October 14, 2006: USTSA Kick-Off Packages and Qualifiers 3 entry fee packages for the 2007 USTSA Kick-Off Classic in Vegas have been added to the prize pool: Semi Pro Package, Amateur Package and Women's Amateur Package. The packages were valued at $180, $140 and $80 respectively at last year's Kick Off Classic. Also, Open Doubles winners now qualify to play for the International Cup at the USTSA Kick-Off Classic. We have also added a Free Entry Women's Doubles event with the winners qualifying for the International Cup at the USTSA Kick-Off Classic October 14, 2006: Florida County Cup Clarification There have been a few questions about what county you can play for in the Florida County Cup. The county you can play for is the county you live in. To show proof of residency bring either your driver's license or a current utility bill in your name (electric, phone, cable, etc.). Only Florida residents are eligible to play. September 4, 2006: Rob Gomez (Tampa, FL) to Help Run Charts/Signup Rob Gomez, the director of Tampa tournaments, is going to take the lead in running the charts and signup as well as general setup and breakdown. His experience is sure to help ensure a smooth tournament and we really apprciate Rob being able to work with us!
