Rick Walco in Hospital

So I went to Time Out on Thursday and called Rick to see where everyone was. He didn't know, but he was not going to be running the tournament as he is in the hospital. It seems he was doing a commercial AC job and a ladder going up the side of the building let loose when he was near the top.

I lost count after 6 broken ribs and multiple pelvis breaks. :shock:

Anyway he is in surprisingly good spirits and looks forward to getting out someday after a bunch of physical therapy. He says he is healing pretty well so far (not sure when this was). He is in Ben Taub, I guess that was where the nearest trauma center was.

Sending wishes of a speedy recovery to Rick, ouch broken ribs and that many, poor guy that sux Im suprised he's talking at all, I remember I tore the tissue between my ribs I could barely breath and hurt too much to talk. Get well soon my friend

Talked with Rick earlier today, He's in good spirits and should be back walking in around 10 mo...
