The good news is that NetFoos has been growing nicely over the past few years and the bad news is that it has pretty much outgrown its current server. The next step is to move netfoos.com over to its own server and we plan to have this completed in the next week or so. During the actual transfer we will need to disable the forums and tournament management systems, however the time that these systems are disabled should be less than 24 hours -- the website itself should not be down at all, just the ability to add data to it will be disabled during the transfer period.
This will mark the start of an active couple of months for NetFoos as we will be introducing some new things as well as continuing some previous programs. I'll be posting more details as we move along...

| Looks like we are going to be able to run through the transfer tomorrow (Thursday) which means that you will not be able to enter any results or post in the forums from once we start until the transfer is completed. Basically it looks like things will be disabled from Thursday around noon until Friday sometime (hopefully by Friday AM, but it may go through the weekend). I'm sorry for any downtime, but things should run much faster on the new server =). |

Hey just wanted to let you know how much we like the site and how it's helped to let the foos fans know about where to play here in KC.
Just bought a shirt in support.
FEATURE REQUEST:
We have a lot of the same players every week come to the tournaments. One feature I thought would be cool is to have it copy players into a chart from the previous week, then allow you to edit the final list of players before generating a chart. This would help greatly since it's a pain for my big ass fingers to check a tiny ass box on an iPhone.
