Normally the Brass Ring Pub, but the middle yellow fiveman and the near yellow goalieman are both on two pieces of stove-in pins. They ran out... but I have some pins now, thanks to Sweet Daddy D.

Ron K came down from Vero Beach to play with us at the Ring. I replaced the broken pins & there was some intense foosin for 3 hours, mixed with pitchers of ice-cold Yuengling lager. Guess Ron's ready to start playing again, either Fridays at BMurph's or Sats at Striker's. He is actively looking for a Tornado to practice with, new or used.
The Snuggery has Matt McM's newer Tornado he got from Charlie Mac, but dirtier balls, a canopy light that needs to be centered, and it's kinda cramped by the booth beside it when someone's using the booth. The scenery is much much better also, at the Snug, comparable to Tues nites at Bud Murphy's  .
Moose, we were wondering if you were showing up... guess I replied too late. We could have had a nice 3-6 person revolving doubles. The good thing about pickups with Ron & Harold Schenker & Tony C is they're all semiserious and intense. Maybe next time. |
