Mark I think the site is great, but I have a question. Is there a way to have one point rating that spans multiple tournaments? I have played at more than one local tournament and have different points based on the matches played at each location.

Technically this could be done if every player had a unique ID (such as the USTSA Player Code) that carried over to all NetFoos tournament locations. But, to make things as simple as possible for the local users, NetFoos currently only tracks players at the individual local location level -- this way tournament directors don't need to do player lookups on all new players and log them with the appropriate id's into their system (if they had already played at a different NetFoos location). If we did this and one person made a mistake it would ripple through the entire system.

However, the system is setup such that we could assign each player a unique ID (maybe a NetFoos Player Code or something like that) down the road and run points on a "global" scale (including all past tournaments in the system). This would require all players to be "officially registered" at their local location -- it would be a lot of work to keep all things in line, but it definitely could be done.

Alternatively, one could simply put all the tournaments for the year into one NetFoos account and the points would calculate based on all the events (local, regional, and major). This is something that I'm hoping to do at some point.
