A place for Utah foosers to communicate and exchange

Postby nick on Wed Mar 14, 2007 2:37 pm

I will not be able to attend the meeting or the qualifier. Man this is hard to say. But the rock of my life, Natalie has been diagnosed with cancer. And my insurance is saying they won't cover it. So every dime I make needs to be put torwards this battle. So I ask for prayers for her and my daughters who are being really strong so far. This year has sucked 10 months ago I buried my mom 6 weeks ago my dad. And now worst of all this.
Please forgive me for making a big stink and not to be there to fight my own battle. Over the way the dyps were being ran. Right or wrong I just wanted make foos a better game.
If heaven forbid this ends out really bad. Just remember Nat and I we loved each and everyone of you.
God Bless and
Thank you
Nick and Nat Pusatello.

Nick,

Sorry for such a late reply...I just read the news. My condolences go to you and yours. I want to talk with Mike to see if there is a possibility to run a fund raising event to try and help support you in your time of need. Please keep us posted on the progress and if you need anything please let me know.

Regards,

Lee McClure

I've not been able to check my email, so I am sorry for not responding sooner. But we really appreciate all the phone calls, and emails. I appreciate the offer for a fund raiser. It is very humbling. But we'll be OK. And it really it is an awsome gesture.
I'll end it on this note. A while back Lee hadn't heard from me for a while. So he sent me a personal message. Saying foosers are a family and we'll always have are disagreements on and off the table. But we'll always be there for each other. And this really proves it to be true.
Thank you and god bless
Nick

And my insurance is saying they won't cover it.

Hi Nick,

I read the Utah board from time to time and I saw your post. I'm so, so sorry for you and Natalie.

I'm a health insurance broker and unless she's not covered under your plan as a dependent or she was enrolled after the diagnosis was made and it's pre-existing, denying any claim for illness or injury is discriminatory practice and highly illegal. Please contact me at weir_9797@hotmail.com - I would like to see what I can do to help you with this. We foosers gotta stick together, you know!

Best to you and Natalie - you are in our prayers.....
