Rule changes

Hey I've noticed that alot of the tourneys on the road are starting to adopt the ITSF rules. I really think we need to get everybodys input on which set of rules we are going to play by. Because alot of the rules have changed. The 1 thing I've not been able to figure out is are the USTSA events changing over. I think this year USTSA (Valley) is only having the HOF and the Worlds. While IFP and other promoters are running everything else. I'm not positive about who all the promoters are but it does appear to be an issue!!! I wish we could find out, so we could find out what the standard is going to be.

1st of all it's Moya Tielins. 2nd of all she doesn't have a clue who the hell I am. All she knows about me is scoreboard Moya 3 Nick 0 . And 3rd of all what the hell does that have to do with rule changes, and how does she or her oppinion of the rules impact are game on a local level. There is a lot of changes. And if we are going to implement them as a group we need to know. And start studying the new rule book.
And I am the first to admit that I wouldn't officiate because I didn't know all the rules. So how would you know if somebody is taking advantage of the new rules. I know it is a bit of a contradiction on my part but I always had other players to interpt the rules for me, now knowbody knows them all.
